This is the first time I have opted this Airways. Travel from Bengaluru, India to Helsinki, Finland via Doha. It was a pleasant fly. The service at boarding as well as inside the flight was very good and caring.

I have taken 2 flights with Qatar Airways and have been impressed both times. The seats are comfortable enough, with okay-ish legroom. But the staff are incredible - I get very sick when flying, and sometimes even when I've taken sickness tablets I still get extremely sick. The staff kept tending to me, checking to me, bringing me water - they even moved me to the back of the plain to a row that was free so I could sleep. Would most definitely fly with this airline again.

Check in-desk : 4/5 We were underweight by 25kg for checked luggage but the woman argued about small difference in hand luggage of 7kg allowance (cf to 10kg in Emirates). My wife had 5kg and i had just below 10kg in our hand luggage; had to equalise it to around 7kg each.

Seating: satisfactory leg-room; seats not very comfortable for long distance journey
Wi-Fi: poor; I wouldn't waste time
In-flight service: Inferior to other top airlines; e.g. while other airlines serve a pre-meal drink after boarding, first drink was served with food. Wine served from a full bottle in small volume but not in small miniature bottles unlike other comparable airlines, by, perhaps, crew who do not drink and therefore not trained how to dispense a drink. Food taste and quality - average. International crew less sensitive and responsive to the needs of international economy travellers.
Audio-visual - poor
Entertainment contents: good but cluttered.

Overall, good but not good enough to have my custom as my preferred airline

We very like Qatar airways specially when we have a long trip so we can spend a nice transit time at Hamad international airport , price is very good, the service also good and aircrafts always like new

The crew was young and certainly not interested in any service. The toilette was dirty and very smelly and when I went to the pantry to get some water, the crew was drinking and eating chips.
