Dear #precisionair #team #youarewhywefly

We have booked three flights with your company and interestingly the confirmed bookings do not exist anymore, although we received confirmation and payed the costs on the same date. It would be nice to be informed why the bookings have been cancelled, that something changed and what alternatives you offer.

Additionally i get error messages of your recommended email addresses for support and contact.

Surprisingly several other customers seem to experience the same witjin the last weeks. Please shape up to better standards and communication.

Its okay, gets you to your destination, expect a few delays here and there and an ill maintained aircraft sometimes. But life is for the living, take your chances...

Fast easy flight. Would highly recommend. Book early for best prices. Not much else to say, it was a 44 minute flight.

I usually prefer to support the small local operator than the big international one, mainly because the small operator needs more support. There was a time when they were fairly good, apart from the occasional late departure. However, I was not happy with this particular flight as we were boarded onto the aircraft mid afternoon, in the sweltering heat of Dar es Salaam, with the engines off, then we had to wait for one passenger whose luggage was on board but she was nowhere to be found. The passenger arrived 30 minutes later. I found this to be particularly insensitive to all of the other passengers who had boarded on time. The flight goes via Zanzibar, and again we had to sit in the afternoon heat on the runway with the engines off for 30 minutes.

Worst experience so far. Especially when it landed in Zanzibar. The place was hot and the pilot switched off engine... no AC. Sweating inside and crew members where enjoying drink but no courtesy to ask us for even water. First and last flight.
