This is the worst flight ✈️ to chose to fly with. I paid for an unaccompanied minor, they lost my son greencard, his iPad and denied that they were not given on departure. If they were not given how did my son passed the customs without documentation. Have been calling them to retrace the missing items but them keep playing me around, it is so ridiculous and please. If one of you want to travel never chose KLM they are thieves.

!!!Lost luggage!!!!
I work on a cruise ship and besides essentials I have also lots of personal things of my beloved ones with me as I am away from home for half a year. Since 13!!!! days nobody of KLM is able to tell me where my luggage is!! Out of 18 crew members, 2 of us arrived in Curaçao without luggage. Great job KLM *ironie off*!! The worst thing is that nobody is talking care of it.
I am really upset and can not recommend to fly with KLM….. First and last time!

I am writing this review with deep sadness and frustration. My friends and I meticulously planned a three-night trip to Las Vegas, each day and night with a special theme. I spent months carefully choosing and purchasing outfits to match each occasion, only for KLM to completely ruin this experience for me.

My luggage was not loaded onto the plane from Dublin to Las Vegas, and despite multiple assurances, it has still not arrived. Today is the final night of my trip, the grand gala evening I was most excited about, and my luggage—containing my final outfit—is still missing. KLM emailed me this morning at 11 AM confirming my luggage had arrived at my final destination and would be delivered to my hotel today. It is now 8 PM, and there is still no sign of it.

I am in tears. A trip I invested so much time, effort, and money into has been completely ruined because of KLM’s sheer incompetence. I paid in full for this service, and in return, I have experienced nothing but stress, disappointment, and frustration.

I will never fly with KLM again, and I sincerely hope someone from the airline actually takes the time to read this and understand the emotional toll their negligence can have on a passenger. This wasn’t just a lost bag—this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that KLM took away from me. Absolutely unacceptable.

Everytime with them: there's always an issue, always delays.
I wish AirFrance didn't collaborate with them.
The service is always inferior: most of the time, you have to walk outside to get to the plane or you have to take bus, wait a long time and then board. Same for unboarding.
Horrible all in all.
I would never recommend traveling with this company.

KLM used to be good -ABYSMAL NOW AND UNTRUSTWORTHY
KLM used to be good NOW THEY OPERATE BUDGET AIRLINE TACTICS AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS
SCHIPOL AMSTERDAM AIRPORT is a JOKE
If you are not mobile and you have connections it takes an hour -if you add on Aircraft taxi times its 1hr 30m
I booked a KLM flight UK -AMS -INNSBRUCK --ALL KLM FLIGHT NUMBERS and itinerary /connections as ONE package directly with KLM on their website
There was FOG at AMS and disrupted flights
My flight to /from INNS was TRANSAVIA -
INNS -AMS was delayed and arrived 5 mins before my departure connection to UK
It was 2200
THERE WERE NO KLM STAFF to ask assisatnce --only transfer -self service pods -NOT ONE WORKED
I finally spoke to a KLM person at the Sky Lounge --SHE LIED to me -your flight is waiting at D27 -it took me 20 mins to get thru passport control -Flight to UK at D27 was gone --at D28 a Dublin flight was waiting --some KLM staff present --THEY WERE DISMISSIVE and unhelpful
I finally after anther 15 mins of walking saw T5 transfers and spoke to a KLM advisor --even her terminal was not working --so a male took my passport and rebooked me on the next flight --24 hrs LATER!!
I was given a KLM card with a QR code and I was TOLD TO BOOK A HOTEL /TAXI and CLAIM via KLM on my return
This I did arriving home a day later than scheduled -cost me lost time and aborted meetings
KLM replied advising my claim was with Transavia and I should send it to them --this I did --and Transavia say I have no claim
I have placed this in the hands of my SOLICITOR
KLM are RUBBISH

BELIEVE IT OR NOT --AS YOU WISH -I AM THE CEO OF A MULTI MILLION $ OIL INDUSTRY SERVICE COMPANY --I HAVE THIS MORNING MOTIONED A MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE DISCUSSION TO DISCUSS REMOVING KLM /AIR FRANCE FROM OUT LOGISTICS/TRAVEL PROVIDER

UPDATE -KLM/AIR FRANCE are now at the BOTTOM of my organisations vetted and risk assessed Airlines -this was agreed this morning after many colleagues have since come forward following our internal communication requesting personnel experiences on KLM/AF -MANY negative feedback -that on an individual basis may get ignored -or of little consequence --but from my organisational view its unacceptable -so there's a lesson KLM -be careful who you dismiss -its not just one person --its a person who is part of the 'bigger picture'

We have TAKEN LEGAL ACTION!!
