Flight 1/2: There was a 45 minuet delay which was not convenient since we had a stop over in Amsterdam. They told us that it was because of the bad weather in the north of france. The flight was ok they served free water and a snack. There was a fair amount of legroom and we flew pretty quik. We arrived at Amsterdam late since we had a 45 minuet layover we had to sprint to the aircraft, luckily we made it in time.
Flight 2/2: The second flight was really good and we were served free water and a snack.
Overall it was not a really pleasant experience

Catastrophic. The worse air company ever. Employees arrogant like hell and they lost our luggage twice in one week and after they are also arrogant. They treat you like you are an idiot because they lost your luggage. Miserable. 1 star is way to much

Having used KLM regularly I thought I couldn’t fault them, how wrong was i.
I realised they are ok when everything goes ok but as soon as there is an issue, this is where they lack as a company.
I recently flew with KLM from Birmingham- Aruba business class and my suitcase was lost in transit.
I was told this would arrive within the next two days which unfortunately it never did.
It has now been over 21 days, this is the amount that KLM claim the case will be classed as lost.
After several time consuming online complaints filed that were shut down it has been proven that nothing will be done to resolve this and they are not going to compensate for the lost case due to know receipts of items for the clothes. Even though most of these items are over 6 months old.
I have lost complete trust with this company as they have offered nothing in way of resolving the issue and just keep getting the same response “we cannot do anything to resolve this, however we hope you fly with us again soon”.
I will not be using this company again. I appreciate sometimes things go wrong and luggage in rare occasions can go missing but I hoped I would be able to work with a company like KLM in these situations to come up with a resolution, but unfortunately they have proven this will not happen. The case is now closed with still no resolution to missing luggage.

Flight was changed to 24 hours later and was downgraded to economy class, with no proper reason. Multiple attempts to seek full refunds as per their refund policy and communicate with their customer service to no avail, ending up with a response that they cannot interfere with their refund team's decision. Ultimately scammed of about SGD 3,000 (and only received tax refunds) and will never fly with them again.

At 59 years old, I have never ever ever had such a horrifying experience! Literally 20 minutes before flying from Atlanta to Amsterdam. I get a notification. The flight was totally canceled. Luckily Delta routed me to another flight! But we lost a day and sat 10 hours in Minneapolis and after 30 days after fighting they gave us 2 BOGUS vouchers that don’t work… you can’t call anybody to file a complaint. They don’t give you an opportunity to dispute anything it’s just a damn joke, despite the European Union laws on passenger rights.
