I traveled a short flight from Amsterdam to Birmingham on the day of my birthday and the service was great. It was the first time that an airline gave me something for my birthday. The gave me a Cordorniue bottle with a birthday card. Was a great detail for me

Always try to fly KLM they are on time most of the time and the service on the ground and in the air first class
I have always travelled for the last 60 years and have great father's in KLM delivering a first class package
