Love this airline. In flight entertainment and having an assigned seat is also is great. Flight crew is always cheerful

Our jetBlue flight was completely filled. Passengers were given the option of having their carry on luggage tagged and checked in by staff at the gate. Overhead bin space was a bit limited, but no apparent problems. The flight crew were professional and friendly. Most importantly, our flight arrived and departed on-time.
Also, I was able to book my Niagara Falls vacation through jetBlue. So convenient and easy to use reservation system. Telephonic assistance available if needed. The Hotel choices are varied.
Return trip home from Canada was pleasant but not as pleasant as our outbound flight from chicago. Oh Well!!! Will definitely use jetBlue for our next vacation.

My very first time flying with airline and what a great experience. Clean aircraft, cordial flight attendants and smooth flight. The plane was late getting to Boston but the staff apologized and were sincere about it. We arrive in Raleigh on time.

JETBLUE
Flight 1706

Before IRMA and after IRMA...

Flights aren't my strongest side on reviews, but after receiving emails motivations from our dear TA Group asking for flights reviews, I felt kind of "obligue" to dedicate sometime to respond those requests

As always we planned ahead of time our flight up to our dear North Orlando vacation home, but this time Mother Earth changed our plans...
We made our original reservations flying up on Sept 7th, but we- as everybody- traveling in the Caribbean areas, were anxiously following,
by the hours, the potential PATHS of what later became the most TERRIBLE HURRICANE in decades ; IRMA !
Hopes that "SHE" would move northerly were in our hearts, sparing on its track all Caribbean Island neighboring ours and- OF COURSE- FLORIDA.
But hopes were just hopes and every Meteorologist specialized source- from Weather Channel to Intellicast, from Windy to Weather underground and from European tracking models to American ones- RECONFIRMED THE WORST OF OUR FEARS FOR THAT PATH.... as everybody would know and suffered, in those tragic September days ahead, when IRMA left a path of destruction from easterner small Caribbean island to the greater
Islands... and from Florida Keys to our dear greater Orlando areas and farther northern USA into Georgia. At least, our DR island, din't suffered a direct hit !
Following those tracks we decided to change our departure flight, moving our scheduled vacations one week ahead.
Knowing the IRMA situation and having more flexible tickets we had no problems asking for flight day changes and JetBlue services, on line, were very good...much better than other occasions
Back to our flight; we reschedule it for Sept 14, knowing how hard Irma hit our Orlando destination, but always hoping for the best.
Departure time (for those flights) from SDQ are VERY EARLY in the morning....so; for our lifestyle we couldn't sleep at all that previous evening.
As always; SDQ JetBlue services were THE BEST; as friendly as they can be.
Being used to flight- in that route- on their smaller Embraer Brazilian airplanes, to our surprise they had for our flight a much bigger Airbus a-320 which is much wider in body and spaced, than those Embraer.
Already comfy seated in our 4a-4b seating row, we were supposed to depart at 7:40 am, but as I was commenting to my wife that something was not ok with the AC's system; they announced that was needing to be check. Things happens and it was not that bad as we ended up departing just one hour later than scheduled
Once flying over the Island I took a moment to enjoy a sequence of the spectacular views of our majestic mountains (the highest in the carib basin), our waving rivers trough it and how dense has become our populated areas After that; cruising over the crystal clear waters of northern areas between DR and Florida .....seems to be a never ending shades of turquesa colored sea waters, almost matching those clear sky's left behind IRMA
This time our Crew was kind of a "mix"; from those ones "just doing their job" with either "no sympathy" nor "service spirit" towards those non-english- speaking passengers...to others Crew members "trying hard", but using, lets say; not rude, but Inadequate (very unfortunate) high voice comments on speakers, addressing to all passengers.
ie. "...the restrooms are too dirty. If you don't know how to use it we will show you how..." ...involving all passengers in that particular issue. Not nice !
Other than that...everything was fine
At MCO; Costumes and immigration services were great...as always
Flying over northeastern Mia, I notice that all comments about destruction caused by hurricane Irma felt short...as it was reconfirmed when we got to our dear home....
No power, lots of trees downed, roofing damages etc ....
But City Beautiful...is also a strong-organized one being that one of the reasons why we really love it
...and hopefully will recover after Irma (very soon) all its qualities. Qualities that make it a great place, either to live or just to visit.
Besides; All material damages can be resolved...
but lives lost can't be recovered !
One last, but not least important NOTE for JetBlue Executives; your DIRECT Flight rates on SDQ to MCO and viceversa needs to be adjusted....
... they are seasonable EXTREMELY HIGH !

This airline is a PLAYER I WILL NEVER FLY UNITED AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT

the plane was fresh the crew was great THE LEG ROOM WAS UNREAL I COULD STAND UP LOVED IT
I WILL FLY JET BLUE AGAIN NO DOUBT
The behind the seat screen just about everything I wanted was there no problems

So trip advisor needs to change its own policy's ABOUT WRITING IN CAPS!!!
