Easy to understand why Emirates is rated as one of the best airlines in the world. From the comfort of the first class suites to the discreet and attentive service of the cabin crew this is flying without hassle arriving feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Very comfortable flight. Nice staffs. The flight entertainment is first class service and you get toiletries on long haul flight.

We flew from Birmingham to Colombo via Dubai and,on the way, back Male also. Both aircraft used, the larger Airbus return between Birmingham and Dubai, and the slightly smaller Boeing 770 between Dubai and Colombo, were comfortable and had very friendly cabin crew.
The plus for us, after a couple of bad experiences flying to the Caribbean, was that alcohol was only served with the main meal. The meal itself was of very good quality and tasty.
The cabin was kept spotlessley clean by the crew and we couldn't believe the army of cleaners who got on the aircraft for the quick turnaround in Male on the way back.
The in-flight entertainment was top notch with so many films and programmes to watch and the free,not to keep, headphones.
If anyone is flying to Colombo we would recommend not getting the long long long flight with the 90 mins in Male and the 5he stop in Dubai.

Flight is good crew is good but expensive ticket compared to other airlines . The only point that can be better

This was our first experience flying with Emirates and we were impressed with the flight. The entertainment system is comprehensive and the food was very good. The service was excellent and the flight attendants did their best to make a long flight as comfortable as possible. The comfort pack containing socks, ear plugs, toothbrush and toothpaste is a nice touch.
