Flight is good crew is good but expensive ticket compared to other airlines . The only point that can be better

This was our first experience flying with Emirates and we were impressed with the flight. The entertainment system is comprehensive and the food was very good. The service was excellent and the flight attendants did their best to make a long flight as comfortable as possible. The comfort pack containing socks, ear plugs, toothbrush and toothpaste is a nice touch.

Dubai used to be nice airport. Now it is too dirty and not a great place to be, Going via Dubai for me adds around 5 hours to my flight which is too long considering the condition of the airport. Although check in process was effective and courteous it is not really for me

All the passengers had a severe scare during landing in Dubai. Almost after touch down the flight wings on the right side was floating and the air craft tilted to one side and could have been a major disaster. However, the pilot maneuvered the aircraft skilfuly and aborted the landing. Second time the touch down was perfect. I really don't know how with latest technologies any ground level gust is going unnoticed. Hope the Dubai Government and airport regulators thoroughly check this incident and come out with root cause analysis and prevention for future.

A excellent service throughout. Excellent staff, attentive all of the flight. Food and beverage was also excellent.
