We flew from Sydney to Amman via Dubai. The flight was comfortable and uneventful. Legroom good and onboard service great.

Upgraded to business. Great service, good food, flat beds. Top airline undoubtly. On the way back economy class yet very good service, enough leg room same as you would get paying for economy plus or extended economy in other american airlines.

Amazing airline with best crew members I can say they have really improved and changed their service and customer care .

Terrible airline and a really bad attitude now towards customers...would recommend to take any other airline possible before considering emirates..

One of the world top carriers and they strive to be there.
Flight attendant are gentile, educated and usually able to attend in a number of different languages.
In our modest opinion, the quality and/or variety of on board meals are below a couple of European carriers.
Also, we can understand that the airline has chosen the method of attending the passengers individually (contrary to the meals stroll method) to personalize the experience, to "care more" one could say; however, this sometimes leads to distractions, late removal of trays and alike.
All in all, however, it was a pleasant fight both ways.
