Had a very good flight. Plane was on time and the staff were friendly. The self check in worked well too.

As expected with an Easyjet flight, you're going to get the bare minimum for your money - but they are one of the cheaper ways to get to Europe.

We boarded fairly easily as we have a toddler and pushchair so they aim to get you all the way to the plane with the pushchair and skip a few of the queues along the way.

We took our own food and drink as you have to pay for basically everything with Easyjet. We did ask for hot water for our packeted porridge. The air hostess did oblige but she wasn't overly happy about it.

Frustratingly they allow you to walk right up to the plan with a pushchair but do not return it when you land, instead you have to collect it from baggage reclaim which is very frustrating. Do they really think you only need help to get on the plane but not at the other end?

Flights departed & arrived on time, crew were courteous and very helpfull. Made the journey a good experience. Aeroplane very clean!

Not a bad company staff mostly very nice, I flew easy jet holiday, one complaint, our transfer dropped us off 1/4 mile from our bungalow, even though it stated the address on the booking, they dropped off at the nearest hotel problem was my wife is disabled and can't walk more than a few meters, there was a taxi rank close by still cost 6 Euro`s, it was uphill going back, so owners son took us up on the return leg, we had no prior warning,

Slow security at Luton nearly made us late in combination with traffic issues. Then no choice given with our cabin luggage, forced to put into the hold because the overhead was full. On this occasion this was fine, but I don't trust baggage handlers with fragile items so the lack of choice here was irritating. For the price, it wasn't that cheap and it would have been worth paying a bit more for a better service.
