Everybody was very nice and helpfull. There was enough space. The oven frites were very good. All drinks were availlable. By Brussels Airlines you are treat respectable.

I am looking forward to see this flight operated by Brussels Airlines directly but I guess passenger numbers on this route - linking the EU offices in Brussels with the European Parliament in Strasbourg - are not sufficient to use an Airbus A320 for this service.
Strasbourg Airport lacks a lounge for business class passengers and also does not offer any priority boarding for business class passengers, at least not on this flight.
The flight itself only took 45 minutes but was late due to the aircraft being caught up in a fog diversion earlier in the day which had a ripple effect for subsequent flights.
Due to the cabin size and small overhead lockers are passengers asked to drop their larger hand luggage before boarding, to be stowed in the luggage compartment and those bags are then promptly delivered to the door when disembarking.
Inflight service provided a snack and beverages.

I couldn't find a reasonable seating position in which one can feel comfortable, even though I sat at an exit row and had a nice leg room.
You have to pay for in-flight service, but even a plain glass of water was not available w/o payment, while on the very low cost flights they still voluntarily offer you one.
Once they finished distributing the ordered meals, they switched off the lights completely and hid behind the staff curtain at the back of the plane.

Easy online check-in but the baggage drop facilities are time consuming due to lack of staff. Clean, comfortable seats, clean, well provisioned toilets, reasonably good meals and quality entertainment. The service of water and hot beverages was a little slack considering such a long haul flight. The flights were very much on time.

The flight itself was smooth and the service we received was fairly good. The food however was a disappointment as was the luggage rules. Unfortunately it seems as Brussels airlines are just another one to fall victim of severe cost savings which clearly does affect the overall impression. I also feel they have some work to do on their digital tools to make them more useful for the traveller.

However it must be mentioned that Brussels airport, the main hub of Brussels Airlines is a very good airport for transfers.
