Top ten experience from beginning to end. Check in: I arrived very early & I was able to drop my suitcase, met by a very kind & lovely lady. Both crews were excellent, helpful, cheerie & professional. Food & confort highly acceptable.

Smooth self check in at T5, flight was pleasant. Food were fairly good and tasty,apart from soggy breakfast and serving in the afternoon before landing in Singapore, very bizarre. Seat are comfortable, but metal box under seat takes up allot of room and don`t leave much foot space, very annoying.
Entertainment is quite dated and repetitive, specially the tv channel with not much new or varied series, exactly the same on all flights , even months apart..

A very smooth journey through the airport to the lounge and then on to the flight. Well looked after on the flight.
Will definitely do it again.

Flight on time, Business Class lounge excellent, mediocre food on the flight. I really object to having to pay (substantially) extra to be sure of sitting next to my partner, when I have already paid a lot extra for a premium flight.

Flight all good but taking a destroyed twice only used American Tourister suitcase off the baggage carousel was very disappointing. Can’t imagine how hard they had to throw it to crack an entire corner right through but they managed to do it. Lodged a claim, received approx 50% of purchase price to compensate - understand depreciation no problem & BA insurance company was very good - so, happy with BA flight & claims process....just got a rubbish baggage handler!
