Fast, efficient and friendly service, enjoyable flight.

The food that was served was done right, the crew was always willing to help and overall the flight was without any issues.

Old planes, old staff, no leg room, revolting food, too small screens which are impossible to watch when the person front of you puts their chair back as far as possible. Too hot and no bottle water available.

Worst Experience from Beginning to End.

Check in - Bag Drop wouldn't allow me to check in more than one bag, even though allowed two !! Then check in assistant indicated i was only allowed one bag before realising i was travelling premium Economy.

Boarding - There was no priority boarding either at Heathrow, or Singapore. This is sold as a benefit, not having to queue.

Complementary Drink once boarded - Not at Heathrow but in Singapore to Sydney Received.

Service - Shocking, They come round once with the drinks and that's your lot !! No checking to see if i've got a drink, or would like another coffee.

Same happened on the Singapore to Sydney Flight. Asked for 2nd coffee at breakfast, i was told after the attendant had finished serving premium economy and then economy. She never came back.

Baggage - Sydney Airport - Hmm landed 6.24 luggage came out for first class, cabin crew, club world. Economy and Premium economy well we were left standing there until 8.15. Go figure.Wasnt that busy.

Premium economy simply as good as any other airline. You're wasting your money.

Logged a complaint over a week ago, no response.

Pre Flight - Qantas Business Class Lounge is a joke. This is not premium and the selection of food and beverage is average

Check in - Rude I gave my british passport based on my destination being the UK. Next thing i know lady is telling me she is going to have to call immigration. She said this before even asking if i had another passport. Rude, vulgar and shocking shocking.

Inflight Entertainment. The worst selection of tv shows and films i've experienced. Worse than economy on other airlines.

Our First Class flight from Heathrow to Nairobi was on an older Boeing 747. Having just flown from Seattle to London on a 777, the difference was noticeable. First Class on the 747 is a little cramped with very limited overhead storage for carry on. Seats were OK and the service and food was very good. Boarding in London was a bit of a circus act, but once on board all was OK. In the future, if given an option I would book a flight on a plane other than the old Boeing 747's
