I have used this company few times to fly between London and Turin. Seats are ok , not special, a bit of extra space for legs compared to other low cost. Normally had none or very little delay. Offered drinks and snacks on board. Prices ok.

Flew with Blue Air, operating a flight booked with Azores Airline, and was pleasantly surprised. Dead on time departing and arriving, reasonable legroom, decent service from cabin crew, and a very reasonable meal by current standards. Only real downside was complete lack of inflight entertainment - no screens at all for a 4 hour flight. But overall very acceptable.
Very good economy flying. Even treated to a meal on board and the kids who were flying also seemed happy. The food was good for an economy flight.
I have had a few flight experiences with this company, 12-14 I guess, and never been disapointed.Always in time,no delays, no cancelations. This company has his routes and also charter destinations for tour operators.Cabin crew is very profesional, kind and careing. Good food during the flight and beverages.Last but not least,You feel yourself safe during the flight.I would recomend this company always..I must say, I had a double experience with a captain wich was a beautiful young and very well trained woman.
Booked flights to Rome last minute with Blue air and to be honest they were quite cheap so I was not expecting much in the way of customer service. Check in at airport was free staff were very friendly and boarding was swift. Cabin crew were also very friendly and helpful, all travellers were offered complimentary drinks and a snack which I was not expecting. Overall probably the best budget airline I have flown with, thank you Blue air
