Part of Star Alliance consortium, this is the Austrian airline with great red uniforms for the stewards. Good services and comfortable seats.
The Wi Fi was not so good during the flight.

We travelled with a large group (46) and our experience was above average. The service was good, the seats were comfortable, and the legroom better than expected. They handle check in in a decent fashion. Austrian might be the only airline at O'hare that forces passangers to abuse their carry-on by inserting them in a crazy metal box. I flew on most major airline from terminal 5 and this is a first.
The flight was smooth and even though we were delayed a bit, we got to Vienna on time and on to Tel Aviv.

Austrian airline are consistently efficient and offer a sound experience. We chose to travel to Vienna for our trip to Slovakia as it was a regular service and the travel agency were able to collect us from the airport. This worked well for us.

This was a short flight, late at night. Was running a little late and basic refreshments given length of flight. It was served and then cleared. Crew were busy attending to their duties to really engage customers. Not an experience to write home about.

Enjoyed the ability to use Airport Lounge and service on flight was okay, however, I found the crew a little abrupt and I requested a cup of tea only to be still awaiting for it. Flight was on time and aircraft comfortable.
