Had to fly suddenly to Toronto on Friday 22nd of June, for a family emergency. The earliest flight I could book in the next few hours was on Austrian Airlines. The ground experience was not special as there were no clear priority lines neither in Cairo nor in Vienna. But the experience on board was awesome! Very friendly and helpful crew. V comfortable chair. Amazing food and drinks ( the touch of a chef serving the menu is impressive). They even serve you a coffee menu, which for coffee lovers is heaven. As I've been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, I can tell when there are meticulous service standards. And as a tough critic, Who's been on so many top airlines before, I was quite impressed. Looking forward to my return flight in two weeks.

An average flag-carrier airline, with no highlights, but overall it is okay. They operate on short haul flights Bombardier Q400, which is quite a small aircraft, making the journey not that comfortable.

Very long walk at the Queen's terminal in London - I am sure she would have a carriage. Then a comfortable flight with all amenities you expect and reasonable leg room (exit row). Quick and easy change in Vienna and good service in Skopje. Certainly a good way to get from London to Skopje.

First the Austrian Vienna lounge is too small and it is difficult to find a seat! Second their is no business seats! Third the internet is with payment even in business class! For the rest food was fine and service as well

International flight from US to Austria. Overall excellent service, great amenities, good food, good drinks, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely fly again.
