After sitting on the plane for over 2 hours after a boarding delay and gate change of an hour and a half, a snarky steward announced we will be leaving soon (heard that several times), but if we want a meal voucher we can get off the plane and re-book another flight. WTF. Why not just bring some sandwiches to us? Yes, I am currently still on the plane.
I booked two tickets on American Airlines for my wife and myself only for us to be placed in two middle seats in different rows; one in front of the other. In addition to being placed in different rows, my wife boarding group was in the middle and I was in the last boarding group and my seat was one row in front of my wife’s. I’m completely puzzled as to the boarding order. I thought it had something to do with the flow of passengers, making the transition to people seating smooth and easy but clearly the grouping has absolutely nothing to do with passenger flow. Upon checking in, the check-in agent was extremely rude and impatient. Once arriving at the boarding gate the boarding agents were rude and impatient and snatching tickets out of peoples hands. You can clearly see that the integrity of the airline, the customer service, the employee dedication, all have completely tanked. I don’t know if it has to do with poor management, high inflation, underpaid wages, or overworked employees or combination of all of the above but American Airlines is a total disaster of a business.
American Airlines landed because medical emergency. Some guy had a seizure (please don’t fly if u have this condition) so passengers and stewardess did well keeping the men from dying. But he threw up in bag we landed at another destination and the hazmat team cleaned the area the man was and told us to get the f off the plane for our safety like this was 2020 and Covid American changed their plans and deplaned the whole Fn plane because little throw up everyone on the plane including the pilot was ready to take off but american Airlines is DogWater . Delayed until tomorrow no voucher nothing American Airlines is terrible illl never use them again
We booked the flight 6 weeks ago in first class because I'm a 6 ft 5 with two knees that were replaced and they moved us from Row 3 that we booked to row one where it's not like first class for a person that's 6 ft 5 and they can't do anything for me right now and I wouldn't fly with an airline that doesn't confirm things like that and I would not recommend anybody to take a flight if they're going to change your seats that you have booked for and not confirm with you or tell you because send an emails out we get hundreds of emails at a time so we can't read every email by the time she got to that email they were telling us we weren't even book for any seats and then they booked Us in the first class so we don't understand how that's going to happen and I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else because I fly first class because of my knees and my lower back sitting in a bulkhead makes my back and knees hurt because there's no room for me to stretch out underneath the seats and it doesn't seem like anybody cares
