Stuck in airport 15 hours starting with cockpit air-conditioning issues then AA unable to secure pilots and flight attendants for 15 hours. Would not cancel flight just strung passengers along hour after hour thru the night. No water, no food, weak apology. Customer service 200+ people deep. Terrible!!
The flight to DFW was late by over 12 hours.

This airline has lost touch with their customer base. Flying American Airlines left me with a sense of helplessness.
Why did I ever choose this company over United? I'll never do that again. My fist flight was delayed over and over again until I had to leave the next day. I finally made it through the TSA line after the guy sent my bag in slanted and got it stuck. Now I'm waiting on another flight that has been delayed (Not surprised).
Been stuck at Fort Worth 18 hours with no end in sight cause a 1 hour thunderstorm is the excuse. I was originally supposed to leave at 7:30 its currently 2:00am and now my flight is canceled and I'm stuck in a three hour line for customer service. They have horrible communication we were delayed 12 times and moved to 8 different gates to have them canceled right before boreding the plane and the only option rescheduleing it a flight tomorrow night at 7pm and won't land till 12am. This is just unacceptable way to treat playing customers who paid hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a service that is not being provided and a 12 dollars food voucher doesn't fix anything its just salt in the wound you can barely get anything for 12 bucks in an Airport. All this and nobody care to make it right in anyway just wants you to be someone else's problem. Worst flying experience I've ever had.
