Why did I ever choose this company over United? I'll never do that again. My fist flight was delayed over and over again until I had to leave the next day. I finally made it through the TSA line after the guy sent my bag in slanted and got it stuck. Now I'm waiting on another flight that has been delayed (Not surprised).

Been stuck at Fort Worth 18 hours with no end in sight cause a 1 hour thunderstorm is the excuse. I was originally supposed to leave at 7:30 its currently 2:00am and now my flight is canceled and I'm stuck in a three hour line for customer service. They have horrible communication we were delayed 12 times and moved to 8 different gates to have them canceled right before boreding the plane and the only option rescheduleing it a flight tomorrow night at 7pm and won't land till 12am. This is just unacceptable way to treat playing customers who paid hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a service that is not being provided and a 12 dollars food voucher doesn't fix anything its just salt in the wound you can barely get anything for 12 bucks in an Airport. All this and nobody care to make it right in anyway just wants you to be someone else's problem. Worst flying experience I've ever had.

Flight was delayed multiple times, I had a connection after a very long overseas trip and was running to the gate to make it on time, they changed the gate without notification, I found out uopn arrival, had to run to the new designated gate, agent was very rude not explaining why there's a delay and every 30 minutes they extend the delay until it was 4 hours . Agents at the desk side in the lounge were rude and not helpful, all they wanted to do is change my flight at my own expense to avoid accomodating for the inconvenience. The flight was terrible nothing was offered on the plane not even water, I had to get up and ask for some water. The flight attendant was the only nice person thru this whole experience.

American Airlines had a mechanical issue and left all of the passengers waiting and wondering for over 16 hours with zero compensation or accommodations. All of the staff were as polite as can be, but the hire ups don't give 2 cents about the customers.

FYI I have never had to give a review in my life. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with an airline. I was flying out of dallas and my flight got cancelled then i caught another flight with a different airlines to San diego. Then to come back to dallas I used american airlines which got delayed a few times then cancelled again and there reasoning at the gate was they were short in staff but as soon as went to go rebook or get refunds all of the sudden it’s a weather issue. This makes no sense because almost 5 other flights at the exact same time on different airlines did not get cancelled. So if it was a weather problem why did only one flight get cancelled. no explanation, no vouchers, and a rebooked flight with a 10 hour delay.
