I signed up for an AA citicard and originally got 50,000 miles! Then I get miles on certain purchases and just got 2500 miles for changing where my electricity supply comes from. Love this card and the airline.

American needs to upgrade the food they serve (both in economy and business.) On this particular flight, entertainment system was not working

Flight left late. Pilot said we would only arrive 5 minutes late. We arrived 35 minutes late. Missed our connecting flight. Staff was very unprofessional and downright rude. Return flight was also late. Also flew them to California, same thing both flights were late. NEVER AGAIN.

The ground team all around were just fantastic. Very helpful and made the airport experience quite good. The in-flight teams on all flights on this trip were courteous, professional and personable. Although we had a major delay in Miami due to mechanical issues, the communication was constant and alternatives were proposed by the team at the gate. On my return, I was wowed by the ticket agent at the Sky Harbour Airport. She delivered amazing service and is a definite credit to the airline. Well done AA.

Everything went wrong. The flight was delayed 5 hours (technical problems) and the canceled once everybody was already on the plain. After waiting for 3 hours to book new flights for the next day, they sent us to a wrong hotel and didn't make any reservations for us. They lost our bags. And then, they didn't booked the entire trip when we got back to the airport, they were just sending us to Madrid, instead of Oporto. Really very, very bad.
