“Perfectly pleasant”
Review of American Airlines

Reviewed 12 December 2017

Baltimore to Philadelphia, then Philadelphia to London Heathrow and the same thing in reverse.
The Baltimore-Philadelphia and the other way around short flights were a little cramped, but tolerable, The transatlantic flights were nice, spacious comfortable seats (it helped that there were empty seats beside me both ways), free wine and beer, friendly and helpful flight attendants, acceptable food -dinner or lunch plus a pre-landing snack- big selection of entertainment, flights left and arrived on time, luggage received promptly.
I couldn't really ask for more, thank you AA!

Plane was on time leaving, boarding was smooth. Their new seats are a disaster. Very uncomfortable. If you are over 6 feet, forget about any leg room. If your knee's are already in the back of the forward seat, your seat will not recline. Pack them in American.

I always flew with United and Air Canada until a few years ago. But then they got too expensive so now I fly either with American or Delta. Stop or at one layover each way. Makes the trip fun and enjoyable. I like visiting the different airports. Such as Washington, Charlotte, Atlanta, Detroit, Dallas, New York, Miami, Orlando etc etc.

My flight was on time for departure and arrival. The stewardess was friendly and the plane was clean. Enjoyed the WiFi and the free games and movies onboard. Overalls a great experience.

Fist the flight from Indy to Charlottewas ok but once we landed we had to wait another 25 minutes as another AA plane back out of its spot & sat there blocking our gate (uncalled for)
Then on the way to Nassau crew was very short. I asked for more club soda which seemed to inconvience Her & she returned with no more ice

Leaving Nassau the plane was over 30 minutes late getting there. Never heard why since the person spoke so softly as the other airlines as well as there own was blaring over the speakers. Took forever to board only to find out after we Tarmac all the way out we had to go back to the gate. Apparently it was for the same problem which we found out the water was not properly working. We all agreed put sanitizer in the bathrooms. Plenty of people had them. Then we were informed crew was meeting their maxim flight time. Luckily the pilot got off the ground to spare
But the worst part was, they would not offer any snacks stating the fact the flight was 2 Hours or less. Really. I just had one you biscuits, crackers, whatever they are called from Indy to Charlotte. I'm sure that is a shorter distance. Steward was being rude about it
We never had lunch or dinner as we planned to eat in Charlotte but had no time once we landed.
Staff needs room on attitude improvement & the so called #1 sticker you think you earned needs to be removed from the airplanes. That's false advertising
