We always enjoy flying Alaska. The service is top notch from the ticket counter to your seat. We have always enjoyed great service while on board even when there were delays. Well done!!!

My wife and i booked a trip in advance in order to secure accommodations at places that require forward planning. We booked the flights and paid for first class. Alaska then has cancelled our return flight. In the process of rebooking, they originally booked us on a following day with a overnight connection, unbelievable. When i called to correct it, i had them switch to SFO and Virgin America. Of course, even though there were seats available and they own the company, they conveniently responded with the merger is not completed. They gave us seats that did not recline (i found out in advance by looking at seat guru). You know, for whatever it would have cost them to get the first class, it would have kept us as loyal customers of 38 years. Instead, they have chosen to treat us poorly and insured that i would post this review and share our experience with many people.

Have been flying Ak Air many years%. Don’t like new “premium seats” and think that there is little incentive left for going mvp or even gold. Was gold all this year and rarely saw any benefit.

Going out we had to have a name adjusted and it took over 40 minutes. When they fixed the issued they canceled the wheelchair service for arrival and the flight coming back. They then assigned us to the last seats in the plane. For someone who has limited walking capabilities they did not seem to care where we were put on the plane. Would think twice about flying with them again even with the plug ins for phone charging, free movies available through their in flight app and tiltable head rest. Service is just not par for those that are handicap.

Relaxing flight, service was great, made the entire trip enjoyable. Family emergency added to the stress, but Alaska took the stress out of the traveling part.
