We had an early evening flight out of Auckland, made an hour later, by the arriving flight coming in late. These things seem to happen. Air New Zealand staff were pleasant, as they always are. Entertainment system worked well and the meals were quite enjoyable (beef & chicken options). Seats were okay and i had enough legroom, sitting in row 6. We checked in on-line, to make the bag drop easier and on arriving, our bag collection was quick

The flight was really good meals were great, staff were very nice, in flight entertainment was ok.we found the seating ok. We were a little disappointed that we were booked on a Dreamliner but it was in being serviced in Singapore and had to fly Singapore airlines

Flight was good but the upcharges on this airline are ridiculous. $80 per checked bag !!!!!!

Terrific airline - excellent service, seats super comfortable. Food was good for airline food. Was able to sleep on this long flight. Would travel with them again,

Original 3 hours direct flight was cancelled. Two flight rescheduling later we were meant to have an 8 hour 2 flight journey which on the day turned into 13.5 hours and 3 flights due to first flight taking off late 40 minutes late from Sydney. Bags were lost for 2 days but fortunately turned up the night before I was to run in the Queenstown Marathon. Extremely disappointing customer service. Lost 2 days of holiday spent on the phone and going to the airport waiting for bags to arrive.
