Efficient check-in. Prefessional flight & cabin crew. In-flight sevice efficient aand fitting for flight duration. New immigration policies at Walvis Bay meant extensive delays, but ariline cannot be held responsible for that.

Would definitely use ths airline as my carrier again

Firstly my luggage is late delivery for more than 2 days(almost 3 days)! Can you imagine the feeling just wearing a tee in Swakopmund cold weather! Yes, others wear jacket and sweat.
But further more, they air Namibia staff who is in charge of customer care just keep ignoring my mail about the compensation of late luggage delivery. It is already more than 1 month but no reply.
I am so disappointed about air Namibia though i have good memories when I traveled in Namibia. I thought people in Namibia are nice and friendly. But the cold service and the behavior of escaping responsibility of air Namibia really give me bad impression.
So just choose another airline, like South Africa airline NEVER AIR NAMIBIA!

Flights were good, very helpful flight attendant. Flight was right on time for take off and we even arrived 5 min early.

They have no respect for customer’s time we where made to wait a full two hours for after the indicated departure time what made it worse not even an appology or even a simple excuse why the flight got delayed .. but i guess passangers only matter up to the point after you purchase you ticket ...

this air line does not care.. or tv were out . this is over 10 hours in the airplane.

we asked the stewart to see if we could move and he said will check.. he never got back to us.. i looked and there were 15+ seats empty and 3 laying in 43 seats... i asked 3 x to move and reported tv not working.. they do not care just brush you off.
i asked for eye patch since we couldnot watch and everone elses tv flashing light.
i asked 2 x .the man stewart never got the answer or checked back he did not care just get in you chair and shut up.. food not great. ok..
