Our flight was in the afternoon and the terrible traffic of Paris did not let us arrive in time to the airport. Upon arrival, the flight was closed. The young woman who attended the flight, made a call asking for authorization to open the flight and she succeeded, she let us check our bags and we were able to take our flight and arrive in Warsaw on time.
Only 2 of our 4 bags arrived in Poland, but the next day the airline took our bags to our hotel.
Thanks, Air France, you made our vacation perfect!

Air France was comfortable with pleasant attendants and good service. It was priced better than domestic carriers and seems to have them beat on all fronts.

The plane going out was quite old and clunky. The entertainment was a small screen coming out of the seat. The refresh bag was full of nice goodies.

The service was good - the senior steward was our server and he was excellent.

The food was different - typically French.

My return flight was from Mexico City - the Grand Elite Lounge was awful, it was packed, like a cattle market. The return plane was much newer and better.

The boarding experience was fine.

It was a 3 going out (saved from a 2 by the Senior Steward) and a straight 3 coming back (lounge poor, seating too close to neighbour - I actually fell over my neighbour trying to get to the loo).

My points are largely on Flying Blue so will use them again, but would prefer Emirates / Virgin!

Air France are not as good as they once were, the boarding process is a free for all and the in flight food good not great. The service was decent but they don't come through the cabin very often
