The airplane was great. Clean, modern, lots of leg room. Staff friendliness was in very short supply. Everything had to be purchased - nothing complimentary except tea, coffee and water. Pretty poor. Staff were more concerned about your credit card purchases. Very stilted and uncaring. No option but to travel with them but would NOT do so by choice.

The most disgusting and dirty flight.
It is a 15 hour flight you expect the plane to be comfortable and clean.
The food was disgusting and the attitude of the staff on land was terrible.

I haven't always been thrilled with AirCanada service but on my last flight from London to Montreal I was impressed. In business class they have made the effort to greet passengers by name and give a more personalized service. The food was also very good. When compared to the South African Airlines leg of my trip to Cape Town, AirCanada comes out a clear winner.

very comfortable flight. although we sat on the plane for about a hour. deicing, flight only took 5 hours, wich was a bonus. thanks you

To no fault of air canada our fights were canceled and rebooked later at Time seven hours later leaving us to miss the event we were traveling to attend
we just wanted to talk with someone to cancel out tickets as we now had to drive to Montreal to still make the event
But they only direct you to one 800 # resulting in a two hour hold event
No website options with email or chat

Your experience due to act of god has already been ruined can’t they find away to rescue the experience in some way
Just looking to confirm we won’t be able to take the rebooking not make the return flight
Hoping for a credit of some sort
But you get nothing and just one long antiquated process
