It was fine. We fly routinely with Alaska Airlines and Delta. We saw a bunch of negative reviews about AerLingus, based on those reviews we were actually worried the plane would simply fall from the sky because it was such a piece of crap.
Jesus people, relax.
This is an economy flight, it costs a bit less than other flights.
It's not Emirates or Singapore Airlines- you get what ya pay for.
Our flight from Seattle to Dublin, non-stop, was on an Airbus 330.
Seats were the same size as a standard Boeing737 flight.
Want a bigger seat?
Pay more money, it's called capitalism.
I'm 6'3", and yes it was a bit cramped.
There were also multiple empty seats, and the crew gladly let us move around for more room.
Food was average airline stuff, nothing great, but not prison-food slop either.
Dinner was chicken and rice or beef stew and rice.
The breakfast sandwich was actually pretty good, they hand those out roughly 2-3 hours prior to landing.
Yes, they came with tea or coffee.
Flight attendant also introduced me to Gunpowder Irish gin, good stuff.
Someone else complained they almost died from thirst, couldn't get a drink of water to save their life.
WTF?
Plenty of water to drink, served by a nice polite crew.
We did notice that every person we dealt with, from check-in to final goodbye, was pretty nice.
They weren't giving out hugs and high-fives, but they were nice and polite.
Can't say the same for some other airlines.
Overall, flight was fine, it was much less than some other flights.
Don't believe the 'bots or that angry guy that got picked on when he was young and now he's a keyboard warrior.
Aerlingus flight from Seattle to Dublin was about a 6/10.
Have fun!
