Return flights London Heathrow to Bahrain ran very smoothly. Easy booking in on line service. Helpful text message the day prior to flight. Pleasant staff at baggage control. Handled very quickly. Flight attendants smartly dressed, smiling, helpful, very good service. Dreamliner plane was excellent. Plenty of leg room. Food was hot and varied. A very nice blanket was provided plus free soft drinks and water. In flight entertainment was good but on the returning flight my monitor was not working. Staff tried to help. Offered to move us but no seats available. Flights slightly delayed by up to half an hour. Luggage transferred as requested to ongoing flights to Kuwait. Excellent service. We have now had 6 flights with Gulf Air in economy and we would probably be happy to use them again. Why not 5 out of 5? We could only book our seats together for free within 24 hours of departure. This is not a good customer service.

It was a protest booking against another big carrier from London Heathrow. Our first family trip with Gulf Air and it was Good decision. Service was good food was also very good. Aircraft was 777 dream liner. I will recommend Gulf Air. Only thing I want to mention that BD against pound is very expensive so no shopping at Manama’s small and simple airport.

Lovely flight and good hot food was served. Courteous and positive in-flight attendants who happily served the passengers with a lively smile on their faces.

Very quiet, i did the reservation on my way to airport, not too much crowded in the port and security friendly

Excellent all round.
Brand new plane.. excellent seats, great attentive staff and on time.
Lounges all great (clean, tidy, good choices, not too busy ect)
Not much on the TV for brits, but i fly business class to get a good rest/sleep, not watch TV, so that didnt nother me in the slightest.
