No delays on both sectors CEB-MNL-CEB. I always like the flight schedules of Air Asia as they are spaced wide apart so there are very few flight delays due to late arrival of the aircraft. However, in the past, I had a very bad experience with them that I had to tweet a complaint but was ignored. They flew despite a Signal 3 storm warning and it was my scariest flight.

Both outward and return legs were delayed, blamed on congestion at Manila.
Onboard service was good, though unlike most other aitlines they insist tablets are off till at cruising altitude. prebooked meal was basic but actually tasty.
on the outward journey flight was 2 hours late, on the return leg, passengers boarded over an hour before departure time but then we sat around for 2 hours so departed an hour late. I actually watched a whole movie before we moved!

online booking is a nightmare, they add insurance automatically and you click if you dont want it, you are then asked to confirm you dont want it. You then pay for the flight only to find that they never actually removed the insurance despite you confirming twice that you didnt want it!

If you do not want to end up with travel insurance, you actually have to unclick a box which is well hidden on the booking page. Result: two travel insurances that I do not need, that I did not want to buy, that are useless.
Getting in contact with AirAsia is just as useless: they advise you that you should have unticked a box (sic) if you do not want to buy travel insurance and furthermore stated that add-ons are never refundable. Responding to this answer was not possible, as the case was already "closed" by AirAsia.

Avoid!!!

My first but definetely not my last flight with this low cost yet very exceptional airlines. Despite the fact that its their tickets online were very economical fit for a backpack and budget traveller their services inflight was good and they have i think very friendly and smart cabin crew.

Always had a smooth and safe flight with AirAsia. The day of my flight back to Manila from Bali was the day a big typhoon will land and hit the Philippines. It was a very bumpy ride going back home but we landed safely. Lots of delays tho due to the weather condition.
