Average at best. Check in was terrible, plane was ok, seats awful, storage average. Experience ...avoidable. With limited choice i picked this one.

Travelled with Flybe for a four day visit to Scotland from Exeter. On time both ways. Bit cramped but this is to be expected on small plane, Dash 8, but stewards were good as was service. Very handy if you live in Devon and need to visit Scotland .

Have used Flybe on a couple of occasions at first was worried about it being a propeller plane but have found each trip to be extremely smooth with just a little turbulence but nothing major the staff were very friendly and service was excellent

I am embarrassed that this joke of an airport is the first impression visitors get to the glorious north. It feels like a 80s experiment gone wrong. The passport control has broken terminals, the worst flow for visitors and an amazingly cramped baggage collection. No staff to help. Dirty. Disrepair. And every opportunity taken to rip off visitors- from the highest fees in the world for drop offs and trolleys. No effort made to make this a pleasurable experience. Sort it out!

Flight was fine but their service at the airport leaves a lot to be desired. Charges for two cases of luggage ( two people) are like paying for a third ticket, so travellers beware!
Gentleman at their customer service desk took forever to print out our boarding passes and after finally getting to the gate we found out he did not do them correctly. Suffice to say we were not happy and had a fair amount of stress in a crowded airport.
Would not use this airline again.
