- After purchase a ticket with one stop, they changed it to two stops.
- Upon check in at SJ they charged me for an extra bag, then I had to change the bag from one plane to another at a stop in St. Maarten and they charged for the extra bag again and I showed the receipt for the first bag, so they charged me for the bag twice during the same itinerary same airline
- There was no help in St. Marteen to move the bags so I had to carry all by myself.
- One of my bags arrived on the 2nd day after my flight, the other bag on the 3rd day after my flight. Had to go to the airport in taxi to get the bags as they said "there is no one to bring it to the hotel"
I had to do an additional trip to the airport on the day after the trip because no one would answer the phone. Did place a complaint with the airline but they did not help me at all with any of the additional charges. Unless there is an emergency or you are trying to get out of a hurricane's path, don't fly this airline it is not professional flights are expensive for what they are but they treat as if they were very cheap.
