We have cruised with other companies i.e. Disney, P&O, Royal Caribbean and TUI. We were so happy when we boarded this beautiful ship, it really did have the wow factor! Our Inside cabin B217 had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean as was the whole ship.
We ate in a couple of the restaurants and also the buffet restaurant, and always found plenty of choices and we were totally happy with all the food.
Entertainment was fabulous - the shows were fantastic we enjoyed them all.
The staff we came into contact with were always happy and helpful.
We watched a couple of films "Movies under the stars" - and were provided with blankets and popcorn was available if wanted.
All in all I would definitely recommend Princess Enchanted and would definitely cruise with Princess again.

We had a great time aboard the Enchanted Princess. Amazing food, drinks and entertainment. The ports of call were Princess Cays Bahamas, St. Thomas, Dominica, Martinique, St. Kitts and Antigua. Our favorite port and where we had the most fun was St. Kitts. We made arrangements to go to St. Kitts Water Sports located on Reggae Beach and had an exciting and amazing time. Highly recommend!!! Enchanted Princess is about four years old and a very modern, clean and well decorated ship. Before boarding the ship, you are given a Medallion to wear. While on board and while wearing this Medallion, they know your exact location. You can order drinks and food using the Princess App and they will bring it to you anywhere on the ship and address you by name. The staff onboard the Enchanted Princess are excellent and go beyond expectations to ensure you are satisfied. The food was excellent everywhere on the ship. From the buffet to the dining rooms and to the specialty restaurants, the quality, freshness and variety of food are excellent. We cannot wait to go on another voyage aboard the Enchanted Princess!

This is our second cruise on enchanted. The food, service all very good but they have removed the cigar lounge and made it an arcade that no one uses. And they removed the electronic poker table, so now it’s just slot machines and black jack tables. Dumb. Like all Princess ships the entertainment isn’t the greatest and is getting tired with the entertainers moving from ship to ship so after a while you’ve seen them all before. The excursions offered are a bit of a joke, they charge over $100US per person only to stop at a viewpoint with a large store, then two hours at a beach, then back to be dropped off at another shopping spot. I think they need to change their game, they’re just getting too boring.

The mini suite is a larger room and very comfortable for the most part although it seems every time they build a new ship the doors get skinnier. Getting on the ship was event free, even though very crowded but from the first day and we didn't even realize it, but the first day they decided to move their discotheque to the pool. This meant constant noise all day long and your cabin became a giant speaker what I mean by that is the vibration from the audio system in the main pool area was so violent that one couldn't even hold a conversation in the room. This made it very difficult for my wife and I to have a good time. We expressed our concerns multiple times will need to be called on the phone, but no action was taken they said people from housekeeping for a noise complaint. I don't know why come to find out from the night manager of the hotel that deck 16 is not a place to book a cabin, not disclosed at any of their contracts or sign ups. I find this very disrespectful on princess's part. If I wanted a drunken cruise I would've chosen carnival, which I'll never go on again their Sister company it seems that princess is now carnival. Wanted to keep everybody up and push their own agendas instead of people having a relaxing time I get it. Everybody has their own idea of relaxation, but it's never been my experience to be on a princess cruise and have so much noise constant boom boom boom All day long. It wasn't until the seventh day that we were offered another room, although not a comfortable room in an area that we were unsure about because of the events that were going on we could've just walked into another room that would've been just as noisy. I did not recommend using this cruise line. My wife and I have gone over 20 cruises and their resolution Was to put us in a location that may have been just as bad. It's sad my wife and I really enjoy cruising and having loud music go until all hours of the morning isn't cool. I can't recommend princess cruises anymore.

This is our 8 th New England cruise, the first on Princess’ Enchanted. We have gone on Princess mostly, due to several factors. I read a prior review on Trip Advisor of this tour - and it IS true that Newport now requires a long shuttle (?40 min?) from the ship - and a long wait til your number comes up. When the time our number came up, we decided not to go to Newport - because it was an early (5 pm) return. Also, the best port - Bar Harbor - no longer allows large cruise lines to land ( as of 2024), so bleak Portland, ME was substituted. Usually there are 5 ports, but for some reason St. John’s NB, was excluded. Hooray. As I said, we’ve done this tour 8 times and St. John’s is a poor, unattractive city. Otherwise, food on Princess always great and abundant, 2-3 production shows pretty amazing with that “wow” factor, and plenty of fine entertainment. We had no use for the specialty restaurants. This is a repeat cruise for us and the major factors are close embarkation ( Brooklyn ny), very reasonable prices, wonderful service and food, and that loyalty benefits factor. It’s also an easy trip with few sea days. Cost with cancelation insurance, taxes $1242/ person with balcony. Midship.

At the end of our cruise, we had a $200 fully refundable credit. Nine months later, still haven’t received the cheque. After three calls and numerous emails. I keep being told that the cheque will arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. It seems like a new version of « The cheque is in the mail! » As an elite level customer, not happy at all with the service!
