Flight no.OV7757, travelled on 5 Jan 2020. Good to know carrier don’t have space to capture checked luggage on board. Approx c40 piece of luggage’s has been offload due to unknown reason. Atleast airline should inform the passenger about its capacity;), actually few luggage might contain Medicines / document which might be needed immediately by the passenger. This give really bad image to the Airline and causing lot of inconvenience to passengers.

Once again it was as impressive and simple as always, compare to the other competing airlines I got the ticket for half the price. since the aircraft was a relatively smaller Airbus compared to Boeing 777, the queue at the arrival was very manageable. This airline is very simple and straightforward.
no fancy expectation, felt very safe and confident flying with them.

Took my flight on 17th Oct, 2020 from Muscat to Istanbul and I must say if you want someone to ruin your day just deal with Filipino staff at the check in who lack of communication and manners. They speak in their native language if they just don’t like you. At the boarding again Filipino staff come scream at travelers to board as if they are animals trying to get them in the cage. Lacks of National respectful professional Omani staff and instead Hire low class staff just to save cost of operation. It was my first and surely my last time traveling with this air line.

I booked a couple tickets for Thailand but due to the corona situation the flight got cancelled. I called the call center for Salam air , and they immediately respond and the send me 2 vouchers with the same amount valid for 1 year. Hopefully can use it before the year expired .

I must say first time chose Salam air & yes a great extra ordinary experience as wheel chair was not pre requested but how courteous & wonderful staff at check in counter did arranged in a way never expected. Thank you guys for your courtesy
