The crew was really nice and they also offer a sandwich and a chocolate bar. Unfortunately we took off 3 hours late and they cancel the flight back to Rome. Not sure if it's common or we weren't really lucky.

The staff was very helpful and polite but the aircraft very very noisy, if the fly was longer than 30 minutes I don’t thing I could stand the noise.

Had a great flight - surprisingly there was plenty of legroom (Fokker). The staff were nice and friendly.

We took a flight in August. I am a person needs for assistance (using wheelchair and scooter).
The service was outstanding. The stuff, both the ground crew and the air crew were very sensitive, respectfully and helpful.
The seats at the plain were spacious and the total experience was very good.

Both flights (Larnaca>Rome & Rome>Larnaca) were delayed for over 3.5 hours. The first flight we were supposed to be in Rome at 16:00 and we arrived at 23:00 !
