There's a Ferry crossing to Diani.
You can opt to board the Ferry in a taxi or on foot. During peak hours, the wait can be long.
If you don't have much luggage, board the Ferry by foot, it saves alot of time.
Take the Taxi to Likoni Ferry, board the Ferry, Take another Taxi from the other side to Diani ( or board the Matatu, local PSV, if you're brave enough to travel the Kenyan way.)

I thank you so much for your helpful and quick answer.
Do you have his address please ?
Contact James Mundia, his phone/WhatsApp is +254722837985. He has 20 years' experience driving tourists at the coast and can do your airport pickup at a reasonable price. I have used him.
Not sure if he's the same James as the one recommended above.
We've used this chap a few times for airport transfers. Ask him for a price. He's been reliable and has a decent car.
