Fantasia Bahia Principe

Is this hotel all it’s cracked up to be? Heard near a sewer which could be interesting!? Also is it near any main streets or pubs, restaurants?

Beach? Is it sand or shingle type?

Basically, is it worth nearly 3 grand to go in Early January?

Thanks guys

Yes it probably is near a sewer ,how else do you dispose of sewerage?

Yes there are a few bars etc nearby.!

There is no beach in G.D.S.

£3ooo for what 1 person? a family of 4 ? how can we tell if you are getting value for money if we don't know any details? Is it room only ?all inclusive or what?

With children so young I think you could have a holiday much cheaper than what you've quoted. If you want to stay on the Golf del sur check out JDH Properties they rent out private apartments on Sunset view club just across from bars and restaurants.

No beach, it is a rocky coast line. yes one corner of the hotel is next to a small sewage plant, we know it as smelly corner. It may or, may not be smelly, the rooms seems to be on the other side. Plenty of bars and restaurants dotted around. Just be aware the resort as a whole is quite residential and most of the residents are retired so nightlife is aimed at that age group. It is not really a place for the younger generation with no nightclubs etc. We love the place but I am nearly 50 and we have no kids. As for the hotel who knows about value until it is open.
