I'm having problems earlier along than that, I input my details then on the drop down box for Nationality of Passport Holder, I'm only given the options Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea or USA??? Any suggestions would be extremely grateful?

It should be under UK - Great Britain...

Sounds like a browser issue or clear cache...

You are using the officlal site I assume ?

I've just tried it myself right now, and the full list of countries appeared immediately
