I am thinking to get a honeymoon package for Sri Lanka so i just want to know is it safe for honeymooners????

Is it a romantic place for honeymooners ????

Yes. Sri Lanka is safe.

I guess it is considered romantic by a lot of visitors.

Hi there,

Yes totally safe (as in India itself). And very romantic, provided the travel operator chooses the right areas for the season. E.g. in November it's hardly recommended on any beach, in June the southwestern beaches are not recommended (but the eastern are), and inland climate varies per region. For some e.g. a longer stay in hill stations like Nuwara Eliya and Ella is great, others find especially Eliya boring cold after one night.
