Cannot imagine that you could get one and cannot imagine why you would want to. There are many local boat captains who have run afoul of the reefs and various cuts. In addition you would need to be very cognizant of prevailing weather and seas around the island. The south side is often very quiet when the North Sound can be snotty as are other areas. I don't know if local jet ski ops would have the insurance to cover you, be responsible if something was to happen, or what fines they would be subject to if you operate when and where you are not allowed to. Have you checked with TNI to see what is available -- if they have a dock or there own mooring, they may best know what your options are.

The going rental rates are $75/hour. You would need to negotiate a weekly rate with one of the providers. Can't believe this would be feasible. We are talking thousands of dollars here.

Moore Marine may be able to offer what you are looking for. Pricey, but available:

I dont think there is a dock there and I can't imagine them allowing that to occur there. People who stay there, atleast the people I know who stay there, go there for serenity. They want to be away from jetskis, banana boats, and other such things found on highly populated touristy beaches. Mostly divers and snorkelers looking for peace and quiet.

At $300/day, just to have it available for a few hours? White Sands Watersports at The Reef Resort (closer than going to Rum Point) has some that you can rent. You may be able to work out some discount deal for so many hours of usage over the 16 days, but as others pointed out, I'm sure they will not let you take it to another resort and moor it there.
