Were to stay in PDC

Hello,

Myself & my boyfriend are travelling to PDC next May.

Its been years since I was in Lanzarote and the previous accommodation I stayed in was the Rosamar & The Montana.

We are a couple in our late 20's looking for a relaxing hotel/apartments but of nice standard aswel in the new town?

Can anyone recommend somewhere?

Suite Fariones is where we have always stayed and love it there as so convenient as between the old and new town and right on the beach. We have always stayed there but prices have increased dramatically since we first started staying there this year so we go in a month and are staying in Relixa so hopefully that will be good

Do you have a budget?

We used to stay in Plaza Azul, we liked there for the location but at this stage they could do with a refurb imo. Always clean, good pool, good location.

Parque Tropical is nice stayed there.

Have also stayed in Barcarola Apartments and Tisalaya.

We usually just go for somewhere cheap and cheerful as we never really hang out in the apartment or by the pool.

Returning in November to Columbus which is on Calle Anzuelo again we like that location as you are in the middle of the "strip".

The Oasis Apartments look lovely considered them for Nov but just chose Columbus for location.

We have stayed in Montana and others around that area. This November we are trying Labranda plays club opposite the Casino and Cafe La Ola. My favourite place for cocktails.

My husband and I are 31. We’ve stayed in Cinco plaza about 5 years ago and the oasis apartments in June this year. Both lovely.

Also look at Atlantico Rentals , they have several rentals , some in complexes , very modern and several very close to the strip , reasonably priced , also try other rental sites , Owners Direct , HomeAway , Holiday Lettings , and AirBnb

Maybe look at the Elena Apartments, located just behind Centro Atlantico. Recently refurbished to a good standard. Split into two sections, the rear being quieter with no pool. The main section has a small pool with very good pool bar for drinks and food. Spar supermarket almost opposite the main entrance for all your supplies. It is a very secure site but there can be some residual noise from the late night bars of Centro Atlantico, but only if you are in the very first few at the front.

Hope this helps.

From the location you've given, we've stayed in Tisalaya, Maribel, La Laguneta, Plaza Azul, Las Palmeras, Guinate and Tagoror in the last few years.

We're a couple in our early thirties and would most likely stay in any of these again if the price was right :-)

I agree a rough budget would help people recommend more specific places for you.

Hope you find something that suits.

We liked the Montana (October 2008) We've booked Cinco Plazas for this November. Similar location and price, but these apartments seem to have been newly renovated and include air con
