Hi Dave. I am a magnet as far as mozzies are concerned but the great thing about tenerife is that I have never seen any or been bitten by any on our many visits. It's great not having to worry about putting any stuff on!!

Hi Dave must be school holidays again as you only turn up then. I think you were supposed to be over here now or was it in Benidorm. If you are actually an adult which will be a massive surprise. TA can you leave him on hear as adds to entertainment. Your questions are some of the best though, keep going. PS only replied so you feel happy

Hello

I would get bitten any where I go if I didn't use mozzie repellent. I've been bitten twice in Tenerife on my cheek which resulted on my face swelling up and closing my eye for three days. I always use Boots repellent, the one in the grey can, but saying that mozzie's seem to be less here than anywhere else I've been.

Hi.

Been to Los cristianos over 12 times in last few years. Never been bitten or heard of people been bitten. It's a very dry island so without rain or damp conditions you get get them. Try Greece in May plenty there.

It depends where you are. They are certainly around and I'm occasionally bothered by them buzzing around my head in the night and have to turn the light on to swat them but sometimes go for months without seeing one.
