B&B with boat rental for Fishing on site?

Wondering if there are any B&Bs in the Berkshires that have a lake to rent a boat and go fishing on site? Walking distance to town with restaurants and shopping would be amazing. Does anything like this exist?

Have you looked thru the list of B&Bs? I would think that your two requirements are somewhat mutually exclusive.

Yes, looks like Onata Lake is the best place to rent a boat. What towns are near there that have a nice B&B and good restaurants?

Onata is just west of Pittsfield so you have Lenox a bit south of there which is teeming with B&Bs, restaurants and other attractions. Also Stockbridge is just below Lenox with more restaurants and places to stay.

Sorry to reply so late but of your still looking for a large lake Otis is going to be your best bet. It's the largest recreational body of water in the state. There are a few bed and breakfasts in town and Lee is not to far away. Sandisfield also has the wonderful New Boston Inn. The entire route 8 corridor through there also follows the Farmington river which will provide amazing trout fishing. If you do want to be up near Onata then check out Hancock and Lanseboro. Stockbridge is going to be closer to Otis and would be about a 30-35 minute drive depending on traffic. Lenox will be a little better but again your on the wrong side of Pittsfield.
