Electric boat tour of Laguna Grande

Hi- we’ll be in San Juan from March 31-april 4. I’m hoping to find an electric boat tour of Laguna grande for my family inclusive of a 3 and a 4 year old. Does anyone know if any companies are running? I haven’t been able to get any calls returned but know things are still rough down there

Did you try Baby Bay Cruisers? They had told me they restarted tours in March.

BioIsland has not returned my calls, so I think they are having issues.

Hi! I checked with Baby Bay today and they are not running electric boat tours until further notice. And I dont think Bio Island is running either. So for now the electric boat tours are not running.

Does anyone have any updates on electric boat tours of biobay in Fajardo? Baby Bay's website link brings me to some strange content about toys... not tours!

The Electric boats are not running. The Bio Bay is not glowing much now due to the Seaweed in Las Croabas. W

Thank you. I will have to keep an eye on that situation. Is the seaweed widespread? I'm considering a walking tour of the bay through Para La Naturaleza.

I will be going there in end of oct. I am looking for electric boat tour as we are family of 3 and will not fit in 1 kayak.

Is the electric boat tours open yet? I tried contacting both the companies but no luck.

I am not sure if they are open yet but had no luck finding one operating when I went in July. My solution was a walking tour of the biobay through La Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve. If you do the night tour it is a nice narrated bus ride, visit to a light house, and finally a walk through the bio bay across a long boardwalk you can only access through this program. You are accompanied by a naturalist who teaches you about the bay, and they give you long poles to stir the water to try to get the phytoplankton to light up. While it is not a boat ride it was very relaxing and educational, my kids enjoyed it.
