La Posada or Las Palomas

Trying to get some info for a friend. They are wanting to get married in Santa Fe. Possibly at Loretto Chapel. At this time they are looking at Las Palomas and La Posada for Hotels. Any input on any of these places or recommendations of other places. A first wedding for both, they are in there 40's. Not sure how many guests will travel also, lets say around 30. (a guess) Also they are looking at Sept 2010. Thanks

Wow, you are comparing Apples to Oranges here with these two hotels. Both are very nice but they are very different.

La Posada is high end, very upscale. 4 Star Property More of a Hotel w/amenities

Las Palomas is more moderate in price 3 Star Property More of an Inn. No restaurant. Little bit more funky and unique.

Thanks. I just started doing research, I do not know to much about the area. Those are the two places she currently was looking into. This is why I love Trip Advisor, you from the people who know.

(And sometimes from the people who think they know, myself included) Any suggestions or input is appreciated.
