Yes, but the first thread started was left open, and the duplicate was closed, if you look at the time stamp. When there are duplicate topics, it's good to reply to the original. I know it's a pain to get it closed after you give advice, been there.
And sometimes because of timing, both threads are closed.
Most often, one of the threads stays alive! So usually not a big deal!
I have a feeling that the notifications go in and there's a time delay during which your post then goes up, but the process of closing is already in motion. It's not like someone, or the automated system, is deliberately deciding to close the one that has replies.
