Walking food tour

We will be in New York at the end of April (myself, hubby, daughter & Son in law). We are foodies & have always enjoyed walking food tours in major cities. I have personally done Greenwich Village but would love to hear what your favorite tour is. We love all kinds of food. Hubby is partial to Asian.

An East Village or Hells Kitchen tour would be my pick. Check these out:

Most of us here will recommend Ziggy because he's a regular here.

I agree with the above, sounds like one of those Ziggy tours would be ideal.

I took the original Foods of NY tour (Greenwich) before they added any of the other ones. The second tour I took with them was a disappointment. I plan on taking a ziggy tour next.

Highly recommend Ziggy's tours. We did a day-long tour with him last year and could not have been more pleased. He has a very high food IQ, great knowledge of off-the-beaten-path NYC, and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed.

I've been on Ziggy's Hell's Kitchen and East Village ~ 3-4 hour walking tours and his all day 'car and walk' Brooklyn tour.

All are great.

Another Ziggy lover here!!

I have been on his Hell's Kitchen walking tour and have the all day Brooklyn tour scheduled for December.

HIGHLY recommend Ziggy although I will be really mad at myself later when I try to schedule another tour and he is booked ….

Ziggy - what is your schedule like January 26 / 27??

:-)

Is there a name for “ziggy lovers” or even a collection of ziggy lovers. 🤔

PS his website says no tours in 26th jan. looks like he is having a well deserved break.

Only two collective nouns begin with z - Zeal (Zeal of Zebras) and Zap (Zap of Lasers)

I like the alliteration of a 'fixie of Ziggy's'.....originally as in 'a fixie of hipsters' ... I am not giving away whether Ziggy is a hipster or not....no spoilers here.

And we all need our fixes of Ziggy when in NYC.

Fixie I believes comes from a fixed gear bike that hipsters ride. As Mrs TC wont let me grow a beard I am not a hipster. Not that I am trying to be.

I quite like a Zeal or Ziggy's or Glutton or Ziggy's
