Kauai Sands, Aston Islander, or Aston Kauai Beach?

My husband and I are going to Kauai in June. We have never been to this island before. We plan on renting a car to view the sites. I would like to have an ocean view or partial ocean view if possible for the right price. There are a few specials on the web for all three and I just can't pick. They seem similar. Also, how would you book? By web specials, or call the Hotel or book on hotel web site? Also, how is the parking at these three hotels? I notice some sites say free parking, other don't say.

Thanks for any advise!

Islander would be my first choice but I'm not sure what you mean about Aston Kauai Beach. Is that Makaiwa? If so, Islander.

I don't much about Kauai Sands but do know the location. Islander does have free parking but it's a small lot and often at night you have to park in front of the Coconut Marketplace which is right in front of the condo/hotel. It's a good location. Central to everything but I would also check out the North Shore. During the summer the ocean conditions are better up North. The East side has unswimmable beaches if that matters.

You don't have to rent through a website. Islander has private rentals by owner. Here are a few ways to do it.

Another nice condo/hotel is Kauai Coast Resort, Beach Boy next to Islander.
