Coming out to PDLA in a few weeks have been looking at the webcams this week and it looks very cloudy every day. Anyone there now does the sun come out sometimes?
With all these Webcams nowadays, you can make your own mind up about the weather, personally I think the 320 days of Sunshine a year promised in Tenerife is a myth as the whole Island does suffer from regular Cloud cover, which is why I switched to Gran Canaria south this year and always seems to be sunnier than Tenerife south when im looking at the webcams, I'm there now, and have had wall to wall sunshine since I arrived last Saturday
Here now apart from yesterday afternoon we have had no cloud, not even taken my cardigan out at night. A few whispy clouds behind the resort now but the hotels are in lovely sunshine.
When we visit, usually Jan or Feb, I'm really not that fussed whether it's cloudy or not (not least as I burn easily so am not a great sunbather). What appeals is that it will be dry and loads warmer than at home and that's fine with me.
By the by, Claire, I'm looking out of my window here in North Cheshire, It's chucking it down. A really miserable autumn day.
Yes bootyfull day here in Los Cris today. 22 on our patio (in the shade) A little cloud & blue skies. Yes it is changeable, sometimes hour by hour, but it'll be better than the UK
I'm here just now. Clouds on and off. Was very cloudy yesterday, sunny this morning but cloudy now but it's still warm. See loads of folk at night wearing cardigans etc but I've never needed anything at night
Looks like its been another Cloudy day, after a promising start this morning, I'm absolutely over the moon I switched to Gran Canaria, been another full day of blue sky and sunshine here, if I had chose Tenerife this week, it looks like I would have had yet another holiday wiped out by the cloud

Well here in las Americas it started nice, clouded over at dinner so we went for a walk and then the sun burned them off to make it a nice afternoon...been a lovely warm partly sunny day as the forecast said it would be.
