Yes, but bear in mind that it is often busy with children and picnicers directly by the bridge so I used to keep mine on the lead around there otherwise they raced off looking for food or random children to play with.

Cross the bridge and there's a path on the other side where it can run free. If you go far enough you can cross a wooden bridge and return along the other bank. It's reasonably level but not suitable for people with mobility issues as its a track of soil and stone.
