You can find all those things and more in Columbus. It's really no need to travel outside of Columbus to a small city. If you look at the Columbus page or do a keyword search on the forum for the things you like, you'll find an abundance of things to do, rather than drive to a small city to explore. What day of the week will you be here? On Sundays Milestone 229 has a brunch menu. It is right on the Scioto Mile(waterfront area.) In German Village, Barcelona Restaurant has brunch and is just a couple blocks away from Schiller Park.

Its a cute little city. We have passed through a few times now and really enjoyed exploring the Germain village.
